	We will, from time to time offer a $495 down payment promotion on different land sizes that we have available. This is not a gimmick or trick. This is simply a lowered down payment for a limited time to allow customers that would not otherwise be able to afford a higher down payment. Our normal down payment is 10% of the purchase price. We prepare all of your owner financing paperwork in house, therefore cutting your cost down even further. We are offering smaller parcels of land for sale in Georgia. The size of these acreage tracts starts from 1 acre and up. We are currently offering Owner Financing on these properties.
